WE SUPPORT THE VILLAGE OF WOODRIDGE IN PRESERVATION OF THE PROPERTY AROUND THE VILLAGE CENTER AS "OPEN SPACE".  WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST DISTRICT 99 TO NEGOTIATE THE SALE OF THIS PROPERTY TO THE VILLAGE OF WOODRIDGE AT “FAIR MARKET VALUE” IN “GOOD FAITH”.
